Restoran Hidangan Ummi is located
in front of Saujana Resort Business Park (nearby Saujana Impian Golf & Country Resort, Kajang) and has been in business since August 2006. This restaurant offers Malay traditional dishes such as Asam Pedas Claypot Melaka, Masak Lemak Telur Itik Melaka and so forth. There are at least 27 types of Malay dishes available during lunch hour; added with their house specialty of Nasi Ayam Madu. Their popular side orders are Roti Rainbow (roti canai with ice cream), Mee Basah Melaka and Green Apple Burger.
Restoran Hidangan Ummi is also capable to handle catering up to 2,000 pax. Cooking demo is organised once a month at the restaurant.

"I've been there on last weekend, I ate the ROTI RAINBOW, walla! that is the most innovative product ever had from roti canai base.It taste very creamy inside and and the crunchy roti canai give more kick to it. The taste was really blend together with the hot roti canai and cold ice cream, soft filling folded with crunchy roti canai..hmm it blends really well together.If anyone thinks to get this ROTI RAINBOW for dessert, forget about it! Its Huge...can really take it as a main course.Well thats all folks..anyway this review is from my point of view.Taste it yourself."
