The Bumiputra Programmes were introduced as an entrepreneurial support system that provides transformative impact and economic development for the small and medium Bumiputra rice millers and wholesalers.
In order to effectively support these enterprises, BERNAS has been forming and sustaining smart partnerships between the Bumiputra millers and wholesalers through multiple types of schemes and initiatives.
We provide support and incentives to boost their paddy market share, rice sales, training to enhance knowledge, technical and management skills including but not limited to financial, management, packaging, technology and marketing programs where necessary.
